4. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Once checked and accepted, Shalimar Electronics is not responsible for physical damage reported later.

5. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only if:

    • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

    • There is a manufacturing defect (verified by the brand’s service center).

  • Refunds (if applicable) will follow store policy and may take 7–14 working days.

  • No returns are accepted for:

    • Opened or used items

    • Installed appliances (ACs, TVs, refrigerators, etc.)

    • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

    • Software-based issues (smart TVs, android devices, etc.)

6. Warranty Policy

  • All products sold come with a manufacturer warranty according to the specific brand (e.g., LG, Gree, Orient, Haier, Samsung, PEL, etc.).

  • Warranty claims must be made directly with the brand’s authorized service center.

  • Shalimar Electronics is not responsible for warranty decision, processing time, or repair outcome.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Burnt parts

    • Physical damage

    • Liquid damage

    • Misuse or improper installation

7. Installation Services

  • Installation for ACs, LED TVs, and other appliances may be provided through the brand’s authorized team or third-party technicians.

  • Installation charges are not included unless mentioned.

  • Any installation-related damage caused by third-party technicians is not the responsibility of Shalimar Electronics.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery due to external factors.

  • Damages caused during installation or mishandling.

  • Losses arising from misuse of products.
